Todd Herman From Canada SEO LTD
FRUAD tries to not pay contractors for work completed on Elance.com. HE is
EXTREMELY Disrespectful and will call you every name in the book for no reason. If he doesn't get his way he threatens to post false information about you online, to try to make you have a bad rep. His account will be terminated form Elance.com for violating TOS. These are messages he sent with no response after a request for payment was made for services. We took a test website down, that had the work completed on it. This was after he refused to pay for the remainder balance of services for no given reason, we had to take action before he scammed us. He also refused to Fund Elance Escrow from the beginning.

- "So before i post your profile to over 210,000 North American bussines owners from my blog, do you want to put my websuite back? Or are you that dumb?"
- "you have one hour to repair my site to the way it was and I will go away, if you do not i will be your worst night mare with over 100 link builders from India on your name , your parents name and your website. You choose."
- "Try me boy!"
- "Amatures, lol got to love them,"
I dont know about you but this is one of those most unprofessional companies I have never contracted for in my life. BEWARE. He also goes by the name "Johnny SEO Deo Jo" BEWARE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME, he contract all his work out.

Good day, we acknowledge these messages posted, pertaining to incidents or situations concerned within my company. In order to get any justification of anyone with losses or feel they have been mistreated, we will need to collect some information in order to help you in any way that we can, this includes the date and time it happened, all first and last names of the people involved, and what was cited.
We have had two complaints in the last 5 years no complaints in the past 3 years of business. Rather than what you mention we often help others with offering industry leading verbal information on SEO and internet marketing at no cost.
We take time with our clients as they aren't the most tech savvy people on the Internet, rather we help them and explain things they do not understand.
The mere fact that there are no names to these compliant nor is there and contact at all leads me to believe these are a fugal attempt to defame our company.
Mr. Parker, still waiting for your lawyers to contact us.

Such negative comments by apparent providers of freelancer and your services where not adequate.
We have not threatened anyone at anytime. We have been in small business Canada and online since 1993 dating back to the beginning of the internet. There is no way we can go around as coporate busines owners acting the way you accuse me like this and still be in business.

You're not his first victim and you probably won't be his last until action is taken against him. He also works with GlobalWebsiteCreations as per Dallas Elliott-Ellenton. I had two similar situations happen with him. He hired me to create an insurance form and work on his site directly (canadaseopro.ca) to which he never paid me but he hired me through freelancer.com. He also threatened me the same way he did you. This is probably why several false reports have been filed against me until false pretense. One claiming to be part of a company that I actually have a personal relationship with (Sipps Garage - of Coldwater, ms) but he failed to know what they're not located in Senatobia. Tries to cover his tracks by posting it under his "india" contacts so this statement you've made only helps me build my case I have against him.
I would be very careful dealing with either company because when I expressed concerns to Dallas Elliott-Ellenton, she simply sided with her employee Todd Herman and proceeded to try and cover her own image by threatening me. I have a lawsuit that is being filed and I suggest you do the same. He used the same foul language with me so I believe you 100% as should anybody. For any "business" to be tied to this person is a very bad PR move for them.
