We purchased six tickets for theBruno Mars concert in Dallas back in February 2017 for $1,076. We expected to receive the confirmation email the day of the event - October 27, 2017 . We had communication until the day of the event but then found out friends of ours who used his service had issues. We paid through PayPal but unfortunately since 180 days have passed PayPal would not refund our money. I’m not sure why anyone uses PayPal anymore. We tried contacting a chair team via phone, Facebook, and Twitter. We were blocked on all accounts.

We finally received a refund after posting the incident on his Twitter account. His return email to my wife was flavored with expletives. I would never do business with hutch entertainment or Todd Hutchison ( A.k.a. Donald Hutchison ) ever again. The unprofessionalism, delays in communication, and threats received were uncalled for. I friend of ours who was also caught up in this mess received threats on his life and his children’s lives from this guy.. he has contacted the local police to investigate.
