Complaint Review: Todd Miller Willingham

I posted an ad on Craigslist looking for a mechanic to repair my forklift, "Todd Miller Willingham", who claimed to be a very experienced mechanic, replied and I hired him. When he came to my house, he told me the price for replacement parts for my forklift and I agreed to it. I gave him $300 cash. The next day he came back and showed me on his phone the invoice for all of the parts and I gave him $600 more in cash totaling $900, he was supposed to bring materials that same day and it never happened, after a lot of excuses and days passed he said he was out of town due to a family emergency but he didn't know I had a different ads for a car fix and he replied to them that he could fix it, the out of town story was a lie, he is going around different cities stealing people's money doing scams. I have 12 security cameras all over my house and have captured almost all footage of him and his statements which have proven to be untrue.
