Complaint Review: Todd Richard - All About Plumbing

I called Todd Richard to repair a leak that popped up in my garage due to a clog. He came out and ran his rooter through the pipe and could not open up the pipe. He then checked another pipe in the backyard and determined that one of the pipes in my yard was obstructed. He told me that it would be about a $4,000 job to complete and the he needed a $2,000 deposit upfront to rent the machinery needed for the job.

He said he would be back the next day with the machine and do the job. The next day I had the city come and check the lines just to make sure there was nothing else going on. The city found that the issue was actually on their end and that they were going to fix it.

From there I began contacting Todd to try and get my $2,000 deposit back. He has been stringing me along and will not bring it back to me.
