TOGUARD THEY SEND JUNK AND DONT TELL YOU HOW TO RETURN IT FOR A REFUND

Completely misleading item online, I purchased it and realized it's not what it says it was so I asked how to return it... They give no directions online how to return it to them and their emails are invasive and ignore my actual question. I am noticing this as a trend right now especially during Covid.. They will say their timing is off, that they can't respond to us that quickly but then they still make us return it within 30 days and hodl our timeline tight and strict to keep our money. So basically I emailed them and it's taking close to two weeks to find out how to return it and I still don't have an answer...

They have a strict 30 day policy of returns but don't tell us how to return it until it's too late!! I have asked 4 times in 4 different emails how to return the item and all they do is tell me they are so sorry and to let them know if they can help??? Not an answer at all!! A TOTAL SCAM
