Hi there guys,

Below you will find my conversation with one Mr. Kono in regard to two units I bought from him in 2010 and to date I have never heard from him nor gotten any assistance from the concerned body in Japan.

Hallo there, I sure do hope that all is well and we are on schedule on shipment as you adviced. Am fine only that it seems to be taking long for you to send me the jevic copies for my two units.

Woul dyou please let me know what is holding you back and advice on the ship vessel please. I have verified the ships in Yokohama and i have no name of the vessel you had said it is. Would you please verify for me the vessel name and voyage number and the actual date its leaving Japan.

Also let me know when you will be sending the Jevic of both cars.(harrier & legacy). my clients are becoming a little bit worried and I would not like to end up in panic.

Dear Mr. Kariuki,

Thanks for your phonecall.

We are very sorry to have caused you trouble with you customer. I know it has taken longer than you expected but this was due to delays in vessel docking back to Yokohama port.

 

Regarding the shipment of the Harrier and the Legacy,

it is scheduled with Dream Diamond on 13th of August.

BL and JEVIC copies should be ready by 23rd of August and we will send you scanned copies for your confirmation on both.

 

If there's anything, please let us know.

This is to bring to your attention that you have not yet send me the BL copies for the both units that sailed on board ship DREAM DIAMOND on the 13th. I have details from the port of YOKOHAMA from another source and he advised me that the BL for that vessel area ready.

Please urgently send me both BL copies and the JEVIC reports as you said you send then together. I await your urgent reply on the above matter ASAP.

Dear Kono,

Please do note that I am not the one who never supplied me with the goods that I had purchased. It was your failure to deliver the goods for two months. You neither gave me jevic not BL for any of the two units to show that you had the units and shipped them out.

In your website, i am a registered member and yet it never shows in my account that I ever bought cars from you.

So please stop the excuse saying I am the one who cancelled the contract. It was due to your failure to deliver after agreed period of time.

Please advice on your bank comments on the refunds matter.

This is to bring to your attention that I bought two unit from a Japanese firm on the month of July but have never since gotten my units nor my refund.  I have this matter documented and and was wishing or hoping that you would kinldy assist me get my refund back for my clients.

I strongly believe that you will assist me where you can and your help will be highly appreciated.

IF THERE IS somebody or a governing body which can help us get this fraudster some ppo would really appreciate.
