Tom Chapman aka Thomas William Chapman, born 1950, married with wife and 2 grown sons in LaPorte, Texas, seeks women to use for money. Lies and state single, attempts to win women over and steal/use their money. He has been at this a long time so he has it down. Do not trust this individual.
