This Character "Tom Collins" A.K.A. 9andsomechange.com is running a lead generating scam out of his apartment off Bell Road and 7th Street in Phoenix AZ.



He responds to Craigslist ads and pretends to want to buy items. What he really does is captures your email address then sends you spam emails. 



When you click on his emails a MALWARE VIRUS in downloaded onto your computer and he steals all your contacts and sells their information.

 

Then he emails them with his spam and and the process continues.



This Man Must be stopped and has been reported to the IC3, FTC, Arizona AG
