I spoke to Tom 9 months before the project was to begin I found him on Kijiji under custom decks and docks Email is ksanddocks1@gmail.com. He started on July 2 2017 payment was supposed to be at the beginning middle and at the end. His contract was written on a receipt book not professional at all. But I did go ahead as he had a cash price which I liked at the beginning so I went ahead paid him a deposit. He got started ,would disappear for a few days saying it was raining then would come back the next week then asked for more money even though we weren’t at the middle of the completion yet he stated because the wood we were using cost more so like a fool I gave it then he would be here for a few days again then even took on my neighbors job without completing mine he would work on theirs and do a few hours on mine then take off again so I texted him a few times he kept on saying he’s ne back next week we’ll next week never came and with all the emails and texts both my neighbor and myself made he never came back. There is a lot more details I have on the work and promises but too long to list on here . He took lots of money from myself and the neighbors! Do NOT ever use this man! He comes across as nice at the beginning but he is a lazy shady man! Who looks like he frauds a lot of people!!
