This company called and left a message on our phone. Sale and make money on ebay. That would be onlinesupplier.com. They told my wife she would recieve a free $250 coupon to shop at freegiftsamerica.com. So she payed a $9.95 fee which was deducted not sure what for since they were a drop shipper. Next few days I noticed we had an overdraft. I had talked to the operators and did a walk through online to setup the website and put the 1st item online with ebay for sale. But their items were few and over priced, but legitimate. It was the free shopping spree for $250 which they lured my wife in as bait that got her from freegiftsamerica.com. After I called and cancelled with onlinesuplier.com which did refund the $9.95 and cancelled with freegiftsamerica.com which had no authorization to withdrawal money from our account since onlinesupplier said it was free. I talked to like 10 different opperators from their site. Including the the main site. All said the same. I'd be charged only $9.95. I said are you sure? What about the free $250 shopping spree you promised on phone? To make a long story short freegiftsamerica took out $83.95. They said the fee was on the back of the gift certificate. Only we did this over the phone. Never got a gift certificate. Nor anywhere on their site did it say other than shipping of like $7 and something would their be another charge. So I put a stop payment on it. The bank Citizens Bank rejected it. But they realized they'd already payed the company we again got burdened with the charge and put into an overdraft. We did not get over draft protection from Citizens Bank. In their terms and agreements it says unless you have overdraft protection they would bounce anything that went into overdraft. So we got ripp-offed by 3 companies. Onlinesupplier which sold my wife the on the gift certificate. FreegiftsAmerica on the shopping spree and our bank that didn't honor their terms and agreement. Online supplier is a GoDaddy site so beware of any GoDaddy sites. I contacted the better business. When they responded was to send me to another site. We live on a fixed income. Their is no way for us to bounce back from this but close our bank account and open a new one else where. Were going lose out on Christmas because of these companies and their misleading practices. Try living on less than $900 in Rhode Island and recover from this. November 22 to present date 2005.

They refunded the money they took back into our bank account. It took a few hours of going over the facts and pointing out the misleading advertising. Also used BBB which I think helped with this one and the Gevalia Coffee problem. Best advice I can give is before you give your credit card information to anyone on something that sounds to good to be true check it out. Look for complaints here on Rip-Off Reports.com. Read all the fine print and every page of the site. If the terms of agreement or complete information is'nt on the site pass on it. If its not a well known established reputable company pass. It is cheaper to buy it at the store 9 x out of 10 than from an online company.

Tips on how to get you rmoney back

#3Consumer Suggestion

Mon, November 28, 2005

Onlinesupplier (Newave Inc) is the same people who were selling a couple of products known as AUCTIONROAD AND HUD REFUND a couple of years ago , both of those programs were offered by the same company that used to be called Pinnacle LLC , they had to change their name due to the massive amount of customer's complaints with the BBB and FTC regarding their business practices. Although they continue to rip off customers using similar practices under different names , now days they advertise nationwide claiming to be Ebay by using Bobby Eubanks picture as their host , I wish bobby eubanks could be informed of what really goes on inside that company , or maybe he is aware and he just careless about his image being used in name of a misleading Company and Product .

My advise to all customer like myself who have being riped off by these scammers is file a complaint with the BBB and the FTC regarding their practices , also if they dont want to give your money back when calling customer service , make sure you advise the operator that you will be contacting the D.A from your state and also the BBB , that reminds me of something else , if you go to the BBB you can search for onlinesupplier and they have created 3 different accounts in there due to their bad ratings , one has a goleta adress on it , the other one has a long beach adress on it and there is a 3rd one too that Iam not sure what's the adress they are claiming , so just remember , THEY ARE ALL THE SAME COMPANY run by the same guys off of La patera Ln in Goleta , California . Their phone representatives are told to inform customers that they are located in Long Beach , although that 's another lie , there is probably one guy working from a supposelly warehouse down there , but all phone calls operations are taken in Goleta California ( 7 La patera Ln - goleta california ) .

I had enough of these guys taking my money and giving out my information to several other companies , I also found out the name of the guy responsible for their customer service operations , his name is tom kuljys , so if you want your money back , don't waste your time talking to whoever answers the phone , ask for Tom Kuljys and make sure you get your money back by following the steps mentioned above . Don't be fool by what they tell you , their advertisemnt is misleading , their sales practices are not legit and they are not EBAY , nor have discounted products that will help you being sucessfull on online auctions .

You can also check their stocks under this letters NWWV OR nwwve.ob
God bless us all .
