I feel it is best for me to write a response as to the false accusations that were written about me on Ripoff Report.

They say I broke the contract…. its not true; look at what was done for them over a six-month period, October 2019 to April 2020 for a total of $30,000.00 paid by them to produce episodes and see what can my network could do in syndicating these programs.

In 6 months, JUL-TV provided the following:

1. 32 produced television programs , edited and ready for airing. 
2. 6 Media and Press Kits created and produced for their shows. 
3. One website built for a show
4. Photo Sessions provided
5. Round trip airfares, hotel accommodations and per diem provided by JUL-TV
6. Two shows contracted and aired on NBC and Fox in Montana Television Markets within Bozeman and Billings.
7. Three shows signed on to air in two national networks (Family Channel and Action Channel) with over 25,000,000 households
8. All shows airing on ROKU, Android TV, Amazon Fire, Cross TV and iPhone Mobile App which licenses were secured by JUL-TV

It was these people who breached their contracts and lashed out on me so they could feel justified and move on and leave JUL-TV so they can take their shows with them.

JUL-TV has documentation that these people were excited in April 2020 and then, they all wanted out to do their own shows and leave JUL-TV  out of the revenue opporutnities... even though we scheduled 8-10 episodes each in our agreements.... and that is a breach of contract...  

They let JUL-TV do the work and they wanted to capitalize on it for their own profitability

We are a family friendly television network and this cluster of people who made the false accusations, all together, have done wrong, but we will not allow it to stop what we believe to be a calling in creating great entertainment and we will continue to move forward and allow the saying, “you will reap what you sow” as a condition of our faith in the truth.

JUL-TV Rebuttal

In May of this year, there became a group of individuals, former hosts and surprisingly, former volunteers; a sizeable percentage were people who called themselves Christians, even a minister that gathered together to destroy me and my network, JUL-TV.

What transpired from this was and is something I would never wish on anyone; from Instagram, through Facebook, emails, texts and messenger, they spoke harsh words, defaming me and the network… slander, hate speech, calling me a con, a loser, a thief, telling people who shared on Facebook their excitement to be on JUL-TV, that I was evil and going to rip them off and that’s just the start.

I am responding to this because, its not right.

Because it is on the internet, does not mean it is truth.

Here is my rebuttal:

Thank you, Tom Julian, President and Founder of JUL-TV

 In July 2019, Tom Julian, and his companies (JUL-TV and Creare Media) were paid $10,000.

In exchange for that sum of money, Julian was responsible for pre-production, production, and post-production of 13 episodes of a tv entertainment talk show hosted by my 22-year-old daughter. 3 episodes were filmed. Julian wanted another $5,000. (He does not mention that this $5000 was to put her show on a Mobile App which was expressed and agreed to in our original agreement)

When we refused to pay it, all work on my daughter's tv show came to a complete halt.

Untrue, They shut it down as she was in Missouri; she hired someone to shoot episode four in Missouri and it was not satisfactory. 

The only reason the 3 episodes were ever aired was because my daughter spent hours doing the post-production editing (because she took it away from our editor and she continued to make changes with our editor without any respect to what editing costs; we honestly could not afford to continue with her changes) that Julian was contractually obligated to do. 

We were going to walk away and just accept the fact that this was a lesson learned. However, then we found out that Julian had a pattern of doing the same thing to other people. There are at least 5 other show hosts were Julian took $5,000 - $10,000 and never delivered the number of shows he agreed to. (Hard to do, when they cancelled their shows, and we were hit with Covid 19 but please see below what we did do)

 Each of the 5 shows have now severed all ties with Tom Julian, JUL-TV and Creare Media.

Here is what we at JUL-TV have done for those hosts who were cancelled in a 6-month timeframe from November to March.

• Produced 26 Television Episodes (Have emails how happy they were up to April 1, 2020)
• Provided mobile apps on iPhone and Android at our cost
• Created opportunity for two of their shows to air on

1. NBC and Fox in Montana
2. Secured two shows to air on Action Channel and Family Channel and their 26,000,000 viewers

• We created 5 media kits: check with any advertising agency and the cost
• We created and produced 15 Promos
• They, the hosts, cancelled the shows; JUL-TV did not
• These individuals responsible for this have been after us in a savage way:
• Slander, Accusations, Threats to me and others

1. Having JUL-TV programs taken off the networks due to their constant calling and bothering the networks AS accounting representatives of JUL-TV. (I have the email from the network sharing these people and their conduct and why the two shows were cancelled).
2. They have bullied future hosts, threatened Tom Julian with hate speeches, and they have created loss revenue for JUL-TV of major revenue. I have proof of these accusations and hate.
3. I tried to resolve and was told no… they are more interested in hurting me
4. Convinced hosts to leave, through emails, social media, phones, and messenger by calling me a con, a non-Christian, an evil man.
5. One was told by the lawyer, “If you are not going with us in our assault of Tom Julian then you are now against us” Very intimidating

1. I offered to make payments to the studio and their lawyer said, and I quote, “Julian’s offer to repay is completely worthless and hollow” and then the studio deleted all video and film… that was ours. I mean it is like they built a house and then destroyed it.
2. They have bullied me and others….

Julian would hire vendors (videographers or editors) and not pay the money he owed them. He used a studio to film a number of shows, including my daughter's show and Julian did not pay the studio owner. If there is any, it was due to the effect of Covid-19 and loss of revenue…. Up till then we were in good standing.

Julian would use false statements to entice people to invest and buy "shares" or "points" in his "JUL-TV network". It should be pointed out that as of May 2020, JUL-TV is not registered with the California Secretary of State. His other company, Creare Media LLC is properly registered with the Secretary of State, but he was not selling "shares" or "points" in Creare Media. 

Julian's conduct even included him categorizing JUL-TV employees and interns as Independent Contractors. (?)  

If you are considering doing business with Tom Julian, JUL-TV or Creare Media, it's important that you do your due diligence, especially if Julian wants you to pay him any of your hard-earned money.
