Tom Pan Modern Boutique Inc I ordered a blouse 3X, When I received it it did not fit me. The measurements were very small. I looks like a top that would fit a 5 year old. Yet, the top's tag says 3X.I can't CITY OF iNDUSTRY california
There is no phone number. Top recieved measures 18" across. Underneath top slip measures 14" across.
I wear a 3X equals at least 30 inches across. Even with the stretching material, I couldn't get the top over my head. Furthermore. I never got the 5% off for first order. I want a refund but not sure how to go about it.
I feel this company stole and has inaccurate and false advertisement.
Do not buy from Company. Truly dissapointed.
