Complaint Review: Tom Saitta's Dodge Land USA

I took the car in for a vibration under the car during accelaration. After not hearing from anyone for a whole day, I called and was informed that the car was just being pulled in! That was not the bad part, the bad part was that I got a call the next day that the car was fixed. So I rushed there picked it up and right after pulling out of the dealship the engine and break oil lights came on; I brought the car back. They told me that this had happened after they released the car, and if want it fixed, ir would be $92.50 diagnotistics and future labor and parts. Well I have the car now, $456.00 later the vibration under the car is still there! When I complained, thier service director, Ali West, informed me that they have to take their certified mechanic's word over mine, since I can not document that it was their fault! What good is their phony 5 star rating, I don't know! Just don't take your car there.
