Complaint Review: Tom Sanders

I seen a filly on the net named Lassie La Poco AQHA Red Dun filly. I emailed Tom asking about her. Two days after we started talking I sent him money down on this mare, told him I would be picking her up in one week. The weekend before I was to pick her up my truck broke down. I could not pick her until that next Saturday (the same weekend I told him). Then as the week went on the parts didnt not come in on my truck until Friday. I then emailed him to tell him I might have to leave her until my truck is done. He called me to ask when we would get her. I told him if I could get a truck for the weekend I would come get her. He then tells me if I cant come get her then he is taken her to a sale that night. That he had no place to keep her for me until I could get her. I then asked him to send my money back, he told me no. He was not sending it back that I backed out of the deal when I couldnt get that day.

Now he will not return my calls and will not take my emails. I dont know if he still has her or if he did take her to the sale. But I have been in the horse over 36yrs. I have had to hold horses for people that had things happen and just could not make it that day. I have never taken anyones money just becuase that had trouble showing that day. I just want my money or my horse!
