The 1998 Porsche Boxster I purchased from this company has had a series of problems. The car has broken down at least 5 times in the last year.

I have contacted this company concerning the issue it was stated by Mr. Kadziolka that they have no interest in coming to a resolution concerning this vehicle. The car has been in the shop a total of 5 times since last September for an estimated $ 5618.23 in repairs.

Each time it goes to the shop I have to drive a total of 228 miles to retrieve this vehicle. This not only takes up my time it takes up considerable monetary assets. I have offered to bill Tom Williams Porsche at $.45 a mile and received no response. This car is completely unreliable and breaks down frequently on the highway. I spend an average of two to three hours waiting on the side of the road for Porsche Roadside assistance each time. I have missed weekends with my family on several occasions due to this substandard vehicle Tom Williams certified and sold me.

The car had oil leaks and several other defects that were found by the technicians at Jim Ellis Porsche within weeks of the purchase. I have tried to be very patient with this situation; but this vehicle and having to deal with Porsche has become a true nightmare.
