I origonally started to get phone service with this company in january .The service was supposed to use my dsl connection to run my phone also for a low rate.Like other companies that do the same thing.

They never informed me of the required letter of authorization (they called it) which is a generic paper to be signed to authorize your phone number to be ported over to the internet.after i waited a month i never heard anything from the so i called and subsequently found out about this letter..

At this point i was informed by the tech that i would need to start over with the porting process and wait another month.

they were supposed to reimburse my money , well they only reimbursed half.another month goes by and again they never contact me and i finally call them to find out their system has had some problems big suprise there!,and that they could not have my number ported again..
by the end of march i was done playing their game and they never contacted me if my number had been actually done or not.

i called the recently and had my account closed. all the time i was playing their waiting game i was being charged twenty five dollars per month for services not given.
I have yet to make a sucessful call with their service, but have been charged over one hundred dollars.
