We bought a truck from Tomball Ford 3/2009.  First of all, one of the selling points was the DVD player for the kids.  They promised us it worked, but it didnt.  Then they told us they would fix it, but they didn't, but they did however offer to sell us a "ford product" instead.

The next issue was mechanical.  Two days after we bought the truck, it started blowing a lot of black smoke, and making weird noises.  We called them about it, and had to argue with them for a day or two about what it was.  We finally got them to "fix" the problem.

Now, here we are less than six months later and we took the truck to another Ford dealership to see what all is wrong with the truck.  Turns out there are several major problems with the injectors and the rear main seal, and front crank seal.  Not to mention the fact that it needs new brakes on the front and rear, and there is something wrong with the rearend.

Tomball Ford assured us that this vehicle did in fact go through its 100+ point inspection to qualify it as a certified preowned vehicle.  There is no way this went through any kind of inspection.  There are too many problems with this vehicle.
