Complaint Review: Tomo Sushi of Bend

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES!  A zero star restaurant.

Can not believe  it!  At 6:30 this evening our family stopped in for a nice dinner, hardly anybody there.  We now understand why.  Have been there before and good food and excellent service.  The young girl waitress did a good job on bringing a soda but from then on it went downhill.  Like she did not care about her customers. No service from her at all.  Two of the dinners came and 30 minutes later asked one of the other men waiters when the third meal was coming and he comments "This is not my problem" - you will have to speak with your server"  the rude comment came along with a dirty look and he walks off.  She still did not come.  So ten minutes later here comes the other meal.  40 minutes wait time and no other customers....Food was unfit for human consumption!  The customer has no respect from this restaurant.   We asked why we get poor service and they just ask us to leave if we don't like it.  If you want to be treated like a scum of the earth do not hesitate to go to Tomo Japanese Restaurant.  Because they will treat you like crap, just like the food.  We ended up walking out.  HORRIBLE experience and gives Bend, Oregon which is a great city a bad name.......
