Tomofun, llc Furbo No RMA number supplied after 5 requests. No phone number for contact. Want to return Furbo product. No response Internet

The Furbo company supplied a camera / treat dispenser for $167. with a 30 day money Back guarantee. The product was advertised on the ELLEN show and my wife ordered because of Elken’s Endorsement. She ordered the camera/ treat dispenser directly from the Furbo company also known as ToMo fun LLC. When the product arrived it was difficult to set up. 2 phones could not sync with it. Most importantly our 3 dogs hated it. We emailed the company 5 times asking for an RMA number.

Their policy is to not issue a refund without an RMA number. With no telephone number available online or in any of the Furbo documentation this is a blatant ploy to not refund any money and not respond to refund requests or requests for the mandatory RMA number. This is blatant fraud. We will send Back our unit without an RMA number and see what transpires but so far after 21 emails no response to our requests for a refund. Caveat emptor. We are writing to Ellen to complain.
