Tomtop is a very big internet wholesaler and reseller of electronics, mobile phone and a wide range of other product. Similar to another ripoff outfit called Grearbest. I have had numerous issues with them mostly non delivery and they usually come through after repeted reminders. I did not connect the small items to a big company at the time.
I bought a Blackview BV6000 last August from antiquechina 2009 and the speaker failed. Blackview said it was the seller's responsibility and the several months runaround started when I asked for a replacement speaker. All the ususal, cannot find any record etc. etc. send a video of the problem confirm your mailing address. The part would cost pennys but they did not send one. Eventually blackview sent a part and I stuck it in and my phone works again.
I have discovered that Tomtop is guilty of most internet scams including sending an empty box and refusing to return a repaired item until a positive review was posted. That is how they get their 5* rating. Even after customer gives a good review they often still do not return item. Toxic company. Stay away. Stay away from Gearbest too.
