Complaint Review: TOMTOP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED

TOMTOP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (tomtop.com) eBay ID: antiquechina2009 is a scam. Their products are all junks and they know it. Avoid buying from them at all cost.

I bought 22 LED light bulbs from eBay (ID: antiquechina2009) and paid around £45 with PayPal on November, got them after a month right before Christmas and they all stopped working in less than a month.

eBay won’t open a RETURN dispute for “not as described” items that has been used after 30 days from the date of purchase and PayPal after 45 days. They say this is not our matter anymore as it’s the matter of warranty. Police only chase cases on Europe only, so you have nowhere to go.

So avoid buying items from china sellers on eBay or anywhere as you would not be able to get your money back for defected/broken items.

I am back using my old LED bulbs which is not as bright :( but at least working J
