Complaint Review: TomTop Technology Limited

I ordered a KKmoon 8 ch. Security DVR from this company, and when it arrived, it did not function properly. So I contacted them in order to let them know that i wanted to return the product. They told me that they didn't have a shipping return label, and if i sent it back to them, they would refund the product, and shipping. Well thay waited until the last given moment authorized by ebay, and sent me the money paid for the product but not the shipping. Not to mention it took almost a week and a half to get the refund. and i had paid almost $16.00 in postage for the return with tracking. This is a very risky company to do business with, and they treat people like it's a game. I was going to do other business perhaps on some other products that may have been better quality, but after they demonstrated their customer service loyality, it was obvious that this is not a company to do business with or refer to anyone else.
