Complaint Review: TonaDerm

I ordered Tonaderm Serum and Tonaderm Cream on January 6th.  It clearly states, when you go to order the product, that this will be a "rush order" so you can try it as soon as possible and that you should receive it within 2-3 business days.

On the 7th of January I received an e-mail saying the serum had shipped.  I received it a week later, with less than a week to "try it out".  At this time I had not received the cream yet.  On the 14th of January I finally received an e-mail to say the cream had shipped.  I calculated how long it took for the serum to arrive and decided the cream should be delivered by the 21st.

I went to my P.O. Box on the 21st of January, only to find my box empty.  The cream still had not arrived.  I then checked my bank account and 2 amounts of $98.14 have been charged to my bank account.  I called the number provided and was questioned about whether I had read the terms and conditions of my order.  Yes, I read them but told the lady I still had not received the cream so how could I be charged for something I haven't even tried yet because I haven't received it.

She checked her computer and said it arrived to the post office the day I went to check and see if it was there - the 21st January and that the trial period started from the order date and not the delivery date and that she couldn't control what the US Postal Service does or doesn't do.  She said she could generate an RMA number and that I could return the cream but at my expense.

I feel like this company didn't deliver on their promise of a quick shipment in order for me to even try their product.  I haven't noticed any results in the week I have tried the serum.  I feel violated and taken advantage of because they can control when they ship their products out and they didn't ship either item out in a timely manner.

I feel like I've wasted over $200 on a product I was initially very excited about and they just don't care. Do NOT try this product or use this company.  They will just rip you off!
