Responded to the skin care product advertised as Ivanka Trump product. It was for a 14 day trial paying the shipping and handling. Read small very small print. I recieved the package with face cream and eye cream 9 days later. Evidentally, the trial offer includes the time of shipping because 4 days later I had $94.90 withdrawn from checking for the face cream and $89.90 for the eye cream. After calling the number on my back statement (since no paperwork came with product) it took me 3 attempts of very rude and unhelpful individuals before a representative told me the best they could do was refund 75%.
However, even though the eye cream came with the face cream I was told that was a different # 877-503-3088. Now the eye cream customer service was way out there. I was hung up on 2 times, lectured to and flat out told they would not refund regardless. Poor business practice and over priced product. I would have never ordered this product if I wouldve know they would not at least give me 14 days to try the product. Definately would not have ordered the product if I wouldve know I would be paying almost $200 for lest than 2 ouces of product.
