Tonica Freeman Tonica Lashawn Freeman Intentionally overcharges my Comcast account thousands of dollars retaliation West Palm Beach Florida
It's no secret that Comcast has questionable billing practices. Everyone gets over charged and users must call in to fix the problem. For example, I have only "unlimited internet" but I was charged around $1,000 in rates for going 'over my data limit.' Additionally, they were charging me for HBO for years but I don't even have cable service with them.
Tonica Freeman was aware of all of this over our recorded phone conversations. She promised to fix everything. She gave me a few months credit for the HBO (not refund of all charges) and was unable to remove the 'data overage' for whatever BS reason.
Now, I have paid $1,500 in overages and my new bills are over $400 instead of $90 as promised. She refused to answer my phone calls and emails and when I spoke with another Comcast representative they said that this is typical of her.
Different comcast reps promised to credit me hundreds of dollars for the mistakes but that is never reflected on the account, just false promises on the phone. I have spent over 20 hours on the phone trying to sort this out and they intentionally emotionally exaust you so eventually you give up.
I have copies of all my emails, recorded phone calls, and bills, and I am at the point where I am writing about her now on the internet becuase I am so upset at this. She for sure intentionally wasted my time and raised my bills because my documentation proves it. Hours on the phone with her and other reps, and nothing to show but even HIGHer bills.
Beware of this woman and frankly, even Comcast for that matter! She doesn't care about other human beings because I have a family and explained to her my aggrevation, yet she just made the problems worse and chose to not be responsive when I caught her.
Now I am exposing her online to warn others so maybe I can prevent it to happening to other people.

After filing this online to warn other people about this scammer, my bank was automatically charged 3 payments of about $250!! It looks like she saw this and further used her position to take even more money. Keep in mind they still have not tried to correct this after all of my communication.
