Complaint Review: Tonio Elber Lucas

I'm embarassed to say, I fell for this same scam that a previous person has written about. I met Tonio Elber Lucas  or Marcos? from Match.com. He told me he was a widow. His daughter Diana lives in Italy. He was a fund mangaer for Vanguard Intl based in Kent England. He had invested heavly and needed money to clear his account so he could quit. ( The Britts were working him to death) He said his mother had died who supposidly lived in Italy. I won't go on but I was hurt heavily financially and emotionally. We had corrosponded by email and phone since Feb,2014.  The last I heard from him was on July 5th, 2014. Wonder who his next victim will be?
