1 i do not train men ever !!!! Only women .
2 clothing - you get the same day when you payfor it - only women get the clothing - men dont care how thay look workingout - and workout clothing is not a required ( at all )
3 supplements are free to all my clinets .
4 supplements are only sold to in bulk to , powerhouse gyms , expost fitness
