Complaint Review: Tony Prince Mattress Gallery

You can learn so much about a business and its owner by the manner in which they conduct their affairs and stand on their word. We have found this to be true with Mr. Prince, who received custom fixtures from our company with billing as follow up. Unfortunately we learned the hard way that when possible, some people do not stand on their word and will avoid, even dismiss their responsibilities to pay for goods and services rendered. 

These fixtures were received in perfect condition, met all expectations, and remain on his floor to this day serving his own revenue building needs. But instead of honestly paying for them, he has repeatedly skirted his responsibility.

I urge all vendors and consumers alike to be aware of this, and beware when still deciding to do business with Mattress Gallery; the risk is yours.
