The company's computers "crash" every few months. Therefore if you do not have your receipt (likely from 6-8 months earlier) they will not honor any warranties. I beleive they are con artists. They called saying it was time for me to get my brakes checked.
When I got to the office they said they had no record of my car ever being serviced and that I would have to pay for pads & shoes which have a lifetime warranty.
