I am not the only person that has been victimized by Tony Spencer and his Express Tax Service office.  Tony inflates deductions on your tax return and when you get audited he doesn't know you any more.   But it looks like the IRS is investigating him, and targeting all the tax returns he does because so many people have been ripped off by his practices. If you've been victimized by Tony Spencer's tax office you should contact the IRS.  There's a fraud report you can make.  Call them on the phone, tell them what happened to you, and they will tell you how to report it.  When a crook is doing bad things to people it is important to keep up the heat.  He will commit fraud on your return and charge you $800 to do it.  Don't let him get away with it.

I have been in business for the past fifteen years and have been providing my services to thousands of people during that time. My practice has been to always notify my clients that they need to have and retain record for any deductions that they would like to take on their tax return. I have always been thorough and professional in explaining the outcome of my clients tax refund and also what I think may be flags for the IRS. All of my clients sign off on the information that was placed on their tax return and also the actual tax return.

I am surprised that someone can say that they cannot get a hold of me when I have had someone taking messages for me in the off season and I have always gotten back with my clients and scheduled an appointment with them to review any tax matters that may have come up in the off season. We are a seasonal tax office like many others and only have scheduled office hours during tax season itself.

Fees are based on forms used and have always been within reason.

It is unfortunate that Tommy did not do as he was instructed and maintain adequate records  for the deductions that he wanted on his tax return but I guess it is easier to blame the preparer.

My office has and will continue to provide the exceptional service that we have offered our clients throughout the years.

Regards,

Tony Spencer
