I met Tonya Shirelle through a "broker" by the name of Donovan Martin (Detroit Michigan). He introduced her as a management property specialist who took care of investment properties. I purchased an investment property to be able to rent and sell a few years down the line. She was in charge of collecting rent from the tenant and making sure the payment was made to the mortgage company on my behalf. 3 months into the home purchase I came to find out that the mortgage company never received any payments as she was collecting money from the tenant and keeping it for herself.
