Tonya Williams-Otto Corey Lemmons Backyard Breeder trying to sell malnourished unhealthy pups and not refunding people's money!!!! Carson City Michigan
This woman acquired a pregnant dog and posted the puppies for sale on facebook. She then sold the mother when the puppies were 3-1/2 weeks old, therefore the puppies weren't getting the nutrition they needed anymore. (The mother was returned to her previous owner, unbeknownst to her, and is now receiving the proper care for the mastititis and lump on her foot for lack of treatment while in this woman's care.) She hired pest control to come to her yard and several of the puppies ingested the poison and got very ill.
A puppy I was set to receive wouldn't eat or drink and had diarrhea for over a week. She called me once and told me she was worried she'd have to tell me "that she didn't make it" and gave me several updates afterwards letting me know that she was very concerned that the puppy wouldn't eat. She told me she would never sell me an unhealthy pup and understood if I wanted to back out. A few days later I told her I would, and she called me a liar and said the puppy was "perfectly healthy" and refused to return my $200 deposit.
She sent 3 of the pups home to their new owners when they were just 4 weeks old (which is way too young) and a few of them got diarrhea and wouldn't eat either. She took the puppies back and gave them their money back out of anger with no explanation. Also, she gave away two pups for free (also when they were only 4 weeks old) and when and took all 3 of them back when someone threatened to call animal control to her home. Animal control was called to her home, however, at this point she had already brought all the puppies back because she knew this would occur.
She has now created a fake facebook account and is trying to purchase other dogs and is pretending that she is purchasing these pups (who are her dogs) and she is lying to several people. I am very concerned that these pups are not being taken care of and that she will acquire another dog under these false pretenses and that dog will also be harmed. Do not trust this woman!!! She is not even a breeder and had no contract in place! This woman will acquire another dog and breed again and this vicious cycle will begin again. This needs to be stopped. These poor defenseless animals (and people looking to bring them home) do not deserve this.
