Took advantage of an elderly person! schiller park Illinois
I hired Mark to tile my mom's basement and bathroom and paint her house. He did a TERRIBLE job. He could not finish the job. Mind you my mom is 75 years old. He kept pressuring her for money. He asked us for 1/2 down in the beginning and the balance when he was done. Unfortunatly one day he decided he was done and could not finish the work and starting pressuring her for the balance. I was on my way there but he wanted to leave before I got there.
I told my mom to just give him the money because I was afraid that he might hurt her. When I got to the house, the tile looked terrible, grout everywhere. The bathroom had no grout on the tiles, uneven all over. He drank my mom's beer and her juices from the basement fridge and left them. He ruined her laundry room sink, left a mess everywhere. I called him to say this is not acceptable and he needs to get back here and fix this mess! Which he has not done yet.
Please DO NOT HIRE HIM. I wish I would have read his reviews before hiring him. What a mistake. HE IS A REAL SCUMBAG. How do you take advantage of a 75 year old lady. WHAT A JERK
