Complaint Review: Tool Shop Direct

I ordered some tools from this company and after a month of not receving them i emailed them and was told my tool shipped out that day and i would have it in 3 business days well a week later still no tool so i emailed agian and again was told the tool shipped out that same day e emailed the 2nd time well again a week later i emailed agian and was told it was sent out on the 2nd date i was given but do to it beging sent to a diffaaaerant conty it will take longer well after 3 more weeks of waiting i still do not have a tool or my money back which i have demand to get 3 times now but now they wont even email me back about anything so they are a big ripoff and now i see in theier add that teir are rumor that went out of busness so do not order anything from there or you will lose your money
