Complaint Review: Tool Solutions

Tool Solutions took my money for a 60Gb Apple iPod. They never contacted me to say it was back ordered; it was on it's way or sorry we don't have this product. I spent days and hours trying to contact this invisible company with no results so I was hoping Amozon.com who offered me this company to order my product from would return my money back. Order placed 11-23-05 still waiting for my money 1-4-06. This company convinced me not to order online with Amazon.com
