On March 16 I was looking to buy a used car cuz I didn't want to buy a brand new one so I look up on CarGurus car shop an I found a location of luxury used cars in apache junction so mi an my wife arrived to the dealer ship I all ready new wat I wanted was a 2009 Mercedes Benz worth 10,500 financed cash price 9,600 so mi my wife decided to get the car on both name so she can built here credit so Joe son of Mike Perri goes back an talks to Mike finance guy soped an comes back with a good news an bad that I was approved by my self but not with my wife cuz the interest would b so hie with her so we continue the application 15 mins I got a deal that mi an my wife agreed to i sign Mike's fiance papers gave 1,000 down they made mi purchase full coverage insurance so I did drove home so on March 18,2018 that's wen hell broke lose fiance company calls mi says we're sorry that ur not approve I was really so how did I drove that car home she didn't no wat to tell mi so I called Mike an said hey they just called mi said I wasn't approved he kept say yes u are aprove since u sign so wat ever on Tuesday he sumited my application again an got called again from another bank sayn the same thing so a hole week I got calls from banks sayn that my income racial was too high that no bank would qualify mi so I called Mike furious wat was goin on he said same s**t that now I was approved with his used car dealer ship so he makes mi drive 1hr to his sh*y dealer to make mi sign a new contract different from the original it was so crazy hiher payment higher interest an more down 1,000 more I refused to sign he even got into it with my wife disrespec her say she needs to sat out of it that's it's between mi an him but he was gald to accept the 1,000 payment from her debit card so I did not sign the new contract I said I want the first contract if u can't get mi aprove then I don't want ur car period he wanted to do in house finance I said to him ur crazy ur interest would b so high wat makes u think I would sign so I walk out on him he chase mi an I said I don't want the car u can't get mi aprove on my first application y u keep insisting he finally gave up an he charge mi miles restock fees he kept half my down payment witch I still don't receive the other half an all this week I been getting calls from private banks that I submitted on line applications for a loan of 12,800 he was so despreete that he was applying online to banks I have all letters to prove an all denied on March 20 I talk to one of his x employee that he had fire one of the days were there young man name Israel he told us this guy does alot of froud an takes adavatage of people look out
