This company sent me an incorrect order on boots I ordered. I contacted them immediately, stating I wished an exchange, refund or return. They told me they would not accept a return due to the high cost of shipping. They did not offer to ship a correct pair of boots. Instead of refunding my money, they wanted me to order more boots with a slight discount. They would not correct their error or correctly fill the order that was paid for.
