I paid for a shirt on ebay, I'm sure a Fake Versace but still wanted it and for $30 not a bad deal. Researched the seller who had only one neg seller complaint and the rest positives so I bought and paid for this shirt on 4/2/2002.
They responded on numerous occassions to my request for shipping info since they provided 2-3 priority shipping but I never received the item and even after I suspect ebay suspended them for like 10 days they insist they sent it but will not provide me with any proof even though I paid extra to insure which would have given them at the very least a receipt.
I have filed fraud charges with Internet Fraud Complaint Center. USPS mail fraud and Ebay in hopes of some recourse. I also asked my credit card for chargeback but have had no reply from them regarding my request. I hope that they get these idiots as $33 may not sound like alot but if they rip off a lot of people at $33/per it's not a bad living.
