Complaint Review: Top Fashion Hair Co.LTD

I ordered a wig on Nov.26, 2014. The company shipped product quick but when I got it, it was nothing like the wig in the picture. I contacted seller and they said they could do an exchange for the product made as they advertised. The English of "Grace Wang" was bad do she assisted me with instructions on how to process the exchange in the computer Aliexpress and she gave instructions on shipping the bad wig back to China. I shipped the wig back USPS with instructions so it clears customs. The postal service tracks the wig to arrive in China 14 days later. I call Grace Wang to make sure they have it, she claims they never got it and to be patient cause China postal service is different than the US.

I wait, and wait and Grace Wang never answer message. 2 months later, I look in my account to leave feedback and it says I can't because back when I contacted Grace Wang for exchange, she logged in my account and posted a fake picture of a Asian lady wearing a different wig than I ordered with positive feedback I never left for her company!  The feedback had my name as well! That is a total breach of security. Imagine what other information they could have taken! Do NOT do business with this seller.  They do not advertise the real wigs. They steal your money! They know they are in China and there's nothing you can do about it. 2 months later and I have no product and I'm out $150. You CAN NOT trust the reviews! They are fake and posted by the woman claiming to be Grace Wang!!!
