Complaint Review: Top Games Inc.

I and a large number of others have been systematically ripped off by this phony company. The game is a part for play style setup that you have to keep current with to not lose the in game items you paid for. Everything that I had paid for in that game was lost when they did a server update. I contacted their support before it happened as i could log in, but no other functions. I have since contracted their ingame support daily only to have my tickets closed without a response. I have contacted their website help only to be told they will not reimburse for their mistake and the decision is final. I have emailed the developers numerous times with no responses either. Unfortunately i paid cash for Google play cards, so i cannot dispute this with PayPal, credit card etc. Originally i didn't want my money back, just the in game items that i lost. NOW I WANT EVERY PENNY I SPENT ON THIS GAME BACK.
