Top Hids Inc. Absolutly NO customer service Garland Texas
This Company states customer service is number 1. I have made 15 calls, left 5 message to multiple departments and left an email for warranty of an item that dont work. I've covered my bases and am more than qualified to determine product fault. This company charges extra for a warranty, which appears to be pure profit since they what to warranty anything.
It not a lot of money for a replacement part, (which i ordered through another source) but it more the principle of doing good business on the internet.

If you do have a warranty claim and out of state all you have to do is mail defective part with a note of your order number and we will test and ship back new part same day or next day as we have been doing for 8 years now.
