And even though their sight says 100% Satisfaction Garanteed, There is zero opportunity to cancel, No Call back from their corporate and no emails. There corporate number goes straight to a call screen service and no-one has ever picked up the phone. I have 7 unanswered emails and voice mails.
My bank had me close my checking account because TLP could have continued to keep charging me 299.99 a month for ever. I truly believe their intention is to lure you into a un-Cancelable contract.
Lastly when it went to the third party autorization the phone went silent, then in two minutes he said okay thats done, But I never spoke to anyone. How is that possible?
