My daughter bought a car from this dealership in January of this year since the purchase the vehicle has been back and forth to their shop mainly with sensors and fuel tank issues the most recent were in April when I told her to take the car to another mechanic to find out what the real problem could be at that time she was advised that the fuel system and motor did not match and that the charcoal can was filling with fuel, at this time she was advised that if the problem was not fixed and she were to get into a wreck the car could ignite into flames killing her and her child.  At this point we contacted Joe and Melissa Cutrone and he agreed to repair the car which seemed to take care of the problem for a week or two then last week while out running errands her car started spitting and sputtering again at this time she filed a complaint with the Better Business Beurau as of this morning after not having the car back for a week the car doesn't work again but Since she filed the complaint she received the following message from Melissa and Joe Cutrone "  Amanda this is Melissa with Top Notch Automotive we will not be picking up the car nor will we be working on it because Joe just noticed the complaint you filed with the BBB you will have to have someone else fix this for you because you are not working with us?"  I'm not exactly sure these people think working with them is however for the love of Christ who wants to buy a vehicle only to insure it to sit in their shop for five months?   They need to either learn what they are doing or retire at least this is my view and what about the warranty it was their word backing their product is it LEGAL to back out of it?
