My husband and I moved from CT to Florida, we search for moving companies to handle our furniture and belongings and came across Top Priority moving and storage. I spoke to Justin and was very pleased with his information and decided to go ahead with his Company, he quoted me $2,500.00 plus a little extra for some unmaned items and promised delivery in 5 to 10 days.

Our first encounter was when I called them after 2 weeks had passed and was told they were trying to find someone. When someone finally showed up the price went up to $4,000.00, we had given them a deposit of $466.00 and was never reported on the driver's report. We had to pay $2,000.00 and to put the furniture in the truck and the rest, supposely $1,534.00 to be paid on delivery.

After calling them time afer time without getting an answer other than the final payment is $2,000.00, they agreed that we should pay $1,600.00, we are still owe $66.00. When the driver got to the house with the shipment, it took a few minutes for my husband to get there and he called the company to what he was told "Bring it back to storage and they will have to pay to retrieve it." I never believed there were people out there RIPPING OFF every one they can. We need help with this issue.
