Top Quality Painiting and Remodeling Terrible job, arrogant owner and workers, doing business with Top Fort Wayne Indiana
I hired John Bullock (DBA Top Quality painting and remodeling) to paint the interior of my home. The entire professional relationahip was never even close to being professional. Mr Bullock and his crew were arrogant. The prime example of their inability to preform was their spilling red paint on my white carpet. They walked off the job which was incomplete. I had to hire another contractor to finishe the job. After walking off the job which was not even near complete John Bullock sent me a bill for an additional $600. DO NOT HIRE TOP QUALITY
