FIRST appointment to diagnose problem with samsung washing machine. Angelo was two hours late. Told my son needed a new mother board, needed money forpart. One hundred and thirty dollars. My son paid him cash. Second appointmentn no show. Third appointment, two hours late, installed part was paid another one hundred and twenty dollars. Told us to wait to test it so it could reprogram. Tried the washer later that day and it was not working. Same problem as before. When we called to complain they said they would remove part and refund our money. Guess what no show and wont answer calls or return our calls now! They are definitely scam artist and thieves!
