A previous student summed it up very well on this site, so I won't repeat what he said. The reason he went anonymous is because Jeff Minder is a calculating, and unstable individual that will go on a personal campaign to lie, slander and attempt to ruin a person; not the 'normal' average business owner you might encounter.
I witnessed his remarks against several people that dared write or report negative events. If you believe the claims of dog mastery on his site and sign up you will not realize your mistake until its to late. If you do wish to ignore his responses to reviews and other peoples warnings, then at least visit and spend time at the location first.
I am posting this because I love dogs and have witnessed terrible treatment. As a student you will find as the other student mentioned, he knows nothing more than any average trainer thats not that great but he just happens to be a decent businessman except for the fact he has a bad temper and shows his true side when responding.
People are correct, a service dog should not be a trained protection dog there are several proven reasons why. The government needs to regulate this industry much more so people like Jeff do not take advantage of innocent well meaning people.
