I am a former employee of this company too and I must say it has been an interesting ride. I can safely tell you that they are the most disorganized offices I have ever known! Not to mention, that they hire and fire people like it is going out of style. They like to make you think you have a future with them and that you are a valuable asset to the company when in reality they are planning and scheming to get you out of the company! I've witnessed on several occasions how they make jokes about former employees, hire new reps and make them feel they are special if they are producing, but the minute they question anything they are quick to fire them.

The president of the company is an interesting character. Not only is he a crook but a liar! He will sit and tell you all of the things you would like to hear and oh, and be careful because he will have someone spy on you and report everything you do. He has no remorse for anyone and treats everyone like a number. There is not a shred of dignity to him. I have seen so many talented reps get fired or quit because of lies. How in the world do they expect to succeed if they are always firing people?

I threw my heart and soul into this office only to be treated like a worthless object. I was always there for reps who needed help, I was there to answer questions, to lend a hand when it was needed, I thought of ways to bring in more clients, and consistently produced but this was not enough. He calls himself a Christian man yet associates with people who are crooks, druggies, and alcoholics. He doesn't want someone who is a good person with morals and ethics because that is the complete opposite of who he is. He is a control freak and will try to put you in your place with intimidating tactics. What is truly behind an ego maniac? There is shattered self-esteem. They feel the need to control others because they are not happy with themselves, which is sad because they rely on money to be their sole identity. Money does not buy happiness! Lies do not get you anywhere in life either which is why the whole corporation is sufffering!

I feel sorry for the people who are left behind there because they will soon realize their hard work was really a waste of time when they could have been working for another company who appreciates their efforts. I feel bad for my clients too as they will now won't have a point of contact and will eventually drop out of the program. I enjoyed helping people so much that I put in my best effort everyday! There was not a day that I was not doing something for the office yet I was fired for no apparent reason. No warnings were given. No bad reviews.

So ask yourself is this a place you want to work at? Do you think you would feel safe working for a company who is represented by people with no heart or moral character? There is potential to make money but you have to ask yourself at what cost. At what cost is it worth working for a company who will use you for your talents and then leave you hanging out to dry once they get bored with you. Then of course, they will tell you not to have contact with other employees and threaten to withhold your checks if you do.

BEWARE OF THIS CORPORATION! They are seriously struggling financially and may even shut down soon.

Hello everyone - my name is Steve and I'm a senior manager at Swiftrock Financial. This thread was brought to my attention
so I felt I should address it here with you directly. It's not my intention to
engage in a debate; rather, I would like to provide an immediate solution for
you to address any *valid* concerns which are posted above.

Swiftrock Financial is a solutions-based debt
company located in Austin Texas. We have been in business since 2006, have over
6,800 clients, hundreds of employees and we settle over 7 million dollars a
month in debt for our clients. This post is *not* meant to be an advertisement,
but a precursor to the following statement: It's a full time job in itself
satisfying each and every one of our many customers. Although we strive for
complete customer satisfaction, it is unrealistic to believe that 100% of
customers in any business of our size would be satisfied all the time.
Because of this, coupled with the fact that competitors often use the anonymity
of the internet to slander our company, I must employ these alternative methods
to help deal with incorrect statements about our
business.

Per policy, as we always tell our clients and our sales
representatives, "if a customer has a concern, simply pick up the
telephone and *call* us." As the assistant Director of Compliance I will
personally take your call and I assure you that I will assist in any way I can
to help you. The phone number below is my direct line, it rings at my desk, and I am here to
assist you.

Thank you for the opportunity to post this and please
contact me at 512-539-4713 between the hours of 10AM - 8Pm CST Monday
through Thursday, 8AM - 5PM CST Friday.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Steve Speed
