   It is too bad you have chosen not to correspond back to me after my many attempts. Being a Certified Website Master, Network Admin. and ISO Rep. for many years, understanding scam companies is not new to me. As you can tell I am a man of action by providing you with a prompt valid MTCN (payment via Western Union), which you have accepted and documented.

   I have taken immediate action with your parent Internet Web Hosting Service Domain Registrar (bluehost.com), FTC, CQC / ISO 9001 (falsification), ripoffreport.com, among numerous other international internet agencies and proceed with the appropriate steps to shut down and

prosecute your www.over-wholesale.com domain site. It is 60 days later and I find you have changed your domain name to topchinatrade.com.

    As a man of action, I can assure you documented contact will be made via registered mail, email, recorded phone message, etc. to many authorized investigation agencies that will make your continuation of e-commerce very uncomfortable along with my preparation to spend many months and even years in pursuit to this end. If this one transaction is worth jeopardizing your position, go ahead and ignore this message. 

   You have not honored your sales contract for order #2012061916175112 or quietly fully refund the $375 money back through Western Union with the explanation that this is an Out-of -Stock item and the order cannot be filled. This would have allowed both parties to exit out of this agreement gracefully and without recourse.

 WARNING!!!!! To all who read this, you will not see your purchase or your money even after 60 days.
