I was trying to purchase a simple 12.95 survival vest, thought I got a good deal, and discovered that they weren't an honest retailer and after finalizing the purchase, shut their site down and took my money. Promise of sending the item with receipt and everything, but they didn't provide anything else, and all I can do is watch the transaction just slip through my fingers.
